By accessing or purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and policies set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using the site or placing an order.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to artwork, designs, product concepts, logos, text, and images displayed on this site, constitutes the intellectual property of LBS Designs and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and design laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent.

Orders & Custom Work

Each piece offered through LBS Designs is created individually and often by hand. Variations are inherent and not considered defects. Custom or commissioned work is produced to specification and is strictly final sale.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged, contact info@lbsdesigns.com within seven (7) days with photos and details. Claims after this period will not be honored.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders typically ship within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Once transferred to the carrier, LBS Designs is not responsible for delays or loss. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

Privacy

Personal information collected is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service. Information is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law. Payment data is processed securely by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LBS Designs disclaims all warranties, express or implied. LBS Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

Governing Law

These Terms and Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Florida.

Dispute Resolution

Customers agree to first attempt resolution by contacting info@lbsdesigns.com. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation in Florida. If mediation fails, disputes will proceed to arbitration or litigation in Florida courts. Class actions are waived.

Force Majeure

LBS Designs is not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or governmental restrictions.

Termination

Access to the Site may be terminated without notice for conduct violating these Terms or deemed harmful to LBS Designs.

Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between the customer and LBS Designs.
